Currently we ship exclusively in the UAE, KSA, BAHRAIN, QATAR, KUWAIT & OMAN. International shipping will be available in the near future.

Taxes and Duties

For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control.

 

The processing time for the order varies depending on the design. Some designs require 3-7 working days and some 2-3 weeks.

Payment can be done via Credit card, Debit card, Apple pay, Google pay, Bank transfer (ADIB) OR Cash on Delivery (UAE & Oman ONLY).

Some designs (18k gold ) and big orders require full amount to be paid or an advanced payment.

Advanced amount is 100 AED and might be higher based on total order value in which case you shall be contacted by our customer service rep.

For bank transfer option, please share the receipt and order number to us by Instagram or WhatsApp.

 

Yes, you can order and pay and we'll deliver the gift directly to the receiver anonymously.
