Leona offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for the period specified on your purchase invoice, starting from the original purchase date.

If your product arrives damaged (a rare occurrence), we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Accidental damage or scratches
  • Loss or theft

Proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all warranty or service requests, so please keep it safe.

Any abuse or misuse of the product will void the warranty.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are not covered by the warranty.
