Warranty

Leona has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for 6 months or 1 year depending on product, after the original purchase date. Basically, if the product is damaged upon receiving, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put the product through on your own.

The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.

We must be notified if the product arrives damaged upon delivery. Products must be used and maintained appropriately. Any abuse or misuse will void the warranty.

Warranty is subject to compliance with the provided care instructions and does not cover shipping fees if any.
