United Arab Emirates: free, delivered in 1–2 business days.
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): free, delivered in 3–7 business days.
Other countries: free, delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier schedule.

Customized or personalized pieces may take a little longer; we will tell you the expected date when you order.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available inside the UAE.
Split your payment with tabby or tamara (where available).
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.

Shipping carriers and tracking

We ship through trusted courier partners based on your region and service availability. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, and our team and the courier follow up on WhatsApp to make sure delivery is smooth and on time.

Taxes and duties

For orders outside the UAE, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping and are paid on delivery. Please check with your local customs office if needed.
