Are all the products shown on the website original?
Yes, Leona Jewellery guarantees that all the products displayed on the site are 100% original. We are very keen to offer original, high-quality products.
- Jewellery materials: (1) Premium 925 sterling silver plated with 18k gold, and (2) Pure 18k gold.
- All jewellery items are stamped with “925 / 18k” hallmarks for silver/gold pieces.
- Jewellery warranty: up to 1 year.
- Watches warranty: 2 years international warranty.
All orders come with a legitimate invoice mentioning the product details and the warranty.
Where do you ship? / How much is the shipping fee?
We ship to all countries and Shipping is free for all orders.
Jewellery & Perfumes Delivery Policy
Due to the nature of these products and customs regulations, Jewellery and Perfumes are currently available for delivery only within the UAE and Oman.
Taxes and Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties on orders that go through customs. This currently applies to Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait.
The applicable fees are determined by each country and cannot be pre-calculated by us.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing time varies by design:
- Some designs: 1–2 working days
- Others: 3–7 working days
- Special designs: 2–3 weeks

What are the available payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Bank Transfer (ADIB) please send the receipt & order number via Instagram or WhatsApp
- Cash on Delivery (UAE & Oman ONLY)
- Tabby & Tamara installments
Note: Some designs (18k gold) and larger orders may require full payment or an advance payment. The standard advance amount is AED 100 and may be higher based on total order value (our team will contact you if applicable).
Can I pay and ship the order as a gift anonymously?
Yes. You can place and pay for the order, and we will deliver the gift directly to the recipient anonymously.
Do you keep the sender’s information confidential?
Yes. The sender is our customer and, as company policy, we keep the sender’s information confidential, even if the recipient requests it.
If the recipient refuses to receive the gift, our customer service team will contact the sender to decide the next step.

If a product arrives with a problem, is it guaranteed?
Such incidents are rare as we have high quality standards before shipping. However, if a product is damaged upon receiving, we will repair or replace it for free.
