Return & Refund Policy
At Leona, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy for you.
1. Watches & Non-Customized Items
You can return your item free of charge within 3 days of delivery.
You’re welcome to inspect the item upon arrival — if it’s not what you expected, simply hand it back to the courier immediately at no cost. In case you received it you still can file a return request within 3 days.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories must be intact.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange a free pickup within the UAE.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Items showing use or missing parts may be rejected or partially refunded.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the same 3-day period.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Exchange requests depend on stock availability.
3. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items (such as engraved or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if there’s a confirmed defect or sizing issue, we’ll work with you to fix it and may arrange pickup if needed.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
- Items that have been used or altered
- Missing parts (e.g. extra links)
- Damaged or removed packaging, films, or tags
- Requests made after the 3-day period
- Items not returned in original condition
All returns are inspected. If they don’t meet the conditions, they may be rejected or partially refunded.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank, and are issued to the original payment method.
